And We're Back!

Hi Everyone,

I know I've been lax really bad with posting, but I am going to try and be better about posting updates/pictures/videos to the blog. I've taken people's advice (mainly Ron's) and it seems easier for everything to be aggregated here.

To update everyone, Joshua is now 10 months old! Hard to believe, but time is flying by. He crawls with ease, pulls himself up like a champ, and cruises the couch and table. He likes to pick up food and feed himself, though he still likes for us to give him the bottle, though we are trying to coax him into holding it himself.

He also really likes cars/fire trucks/and anything red.

Enjoy some pictures and a video of Joshua showing off his clapping skills.

To the Zoo

Joshua had his first visit to the zoo last week for Halloween Day, going to the zoo with the family. Thanks to his Aunt Rebecca, we were able to dress him as a Pea in a Pod, which he looked adorable in. We can't wait to take Joshua back to the zoo to see some Zebras.

Walk in the Park

Debra, Joshua and I took a walk on the Schuylkill River on Saturday. We had a nice stroll - Debra and I got some exercise while Joshua got some much needed sleep. Hopefully we'll be able to go again this weekend.

Sleeping on the couch

Joshua and I are giving mom a break and are watching tv together - I should say I'm watching tv and Joshua is sleeping next to me. Hopefully he'll sleep for the next couple of days...

Bris Day!

On Tuesday, September 7, Joshua took the first important step in Judaism and had his Bris. He also received his Jewish name, Chanan - after Jason's grandfather Herman- Shmuel - after Jason's Father, Steven. A lot of important people were able to come, even though it was on Tuesday, so Debra, me, and Joshua are so grateful for all those who could make it.
